Madison Academic High School

On Tuesday, October 20, MAHS will participate in the TN Secretary of State's Student Mock Election.

Students will learn about the election process, see their voice in action, and build a stronger, more informed democracy in our state.

Additionally, students may wear red, white, and blue on this day to show their civic pride.

Madison Academic is proud to announce that Sara Billingsley is the 2027 MAHS Teacher of the Year! Mrs. Billingsley embodies the spirit of Mustang Pride. This is her 24th year teaching, and her 13th year at Madison Academic. She teaches Speech, is the advisor of the award-winning yearbook, co-advisor of the literary magazine The Magnet, the cheer coach, coordinator of Alumni Weekend & Powder Puff games, and so much more.

She truly is a bright light in our building every day, always with a smile and an encouraging word.

Congrats Mrs. Billingsley!
